Counselor and Practice Owner
Tiffaney Smith- M.A., LPC, CCTS-I
Hello and welcome!
With over 15 years of experience in humanities, social work and mental health, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside and serving people from all walks of life-each carrying their own stories, strengths and struggles. My approach is grounded in compassion, cultural sensitivity and a holistic, person-centered philosophy that meets you exactly where you are (not where anyone thinks you “should” be).
I work with clients of all ages on everything from managing daily stress and finding balance to navigating grief, trauma, major life transitions, identity concerns and relationships-the messy, beautiful, real parts of being human. Clients often tell me they appreciate my calm, non-judgmental presence and that my sessions feel like a safe space to exhale and just be themselves. That’s always my goal: to create a space where healing and hope can take root, one honest conversation at a time.
I’m driven by faith, a genuine love for people and an unshakable belief that healing is always possible. I don’t believe in “hopeless” cases, just people who haven’t yet found the right kind of help. If you’re willing to show up and do the work, I’ll be right there with you-steady, present and probably cheering you on with coffee in hand.
I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University, a Bachelor of Science in Business with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration, and an Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice.
Outside the therapy room, I’m a proud mom of three, married to my lovely bearded man and though I’m originally a West Coast girl, I now happily call Texas home. My family and I live in Keller, but I serve clients across the great state of Texas virtually-so no matter where you are, we can still connect.
